Here's yet another idea, generated by a friend of mine. She needed a birthday card at the last minute and didn't have time to run to the store. So, instead she grabbed a piece of her daughter's artwork, folded it in half and wrote her birthday wishes on the inside. Grandparents are especially fond of these kinds of cards!!

Karen~
Yes... when you live in a big house again. For now, while you're in that smaller space, I would think one big collage of all the kids work might be fun, too! :) A family piece of art, hmmm, now THAT'S a great idea!

Hi. I love your approach to providing resources for Home Schoolers.

I thought you would be interested to know that I enjoy the entries on your blog - lots of good information!
Seymour Simon has a website, www.seymourscience.com, which provides supplementary information such as Discussion Guides, Science Projects, and Contests to support his books.

In addition, if you are a member of Facebook, we invite you to join the Seymour Simon Fan group (http://www.facebook.com/home.php#/group.php?gid=57675721076&ref=ts ) so that you will be notified of Seymour's new books as they are published, as well as his upcoming speaking appearances.
